Fair Oak Farm has all of the facilities you need for riding and training event horses. Situated on 75 acres, we have large grass pastures for individual or small group turnout.

The 75 acre facility is just 3.5 miles from downtown Aiken, SC. Fair Oak Farm boasts large matted stalls with fans and fly spray systems, 1 mixed fiber irrigated large dressage arena and 2 grass dressage arenas, 1 mile gallop/conditioning track, 3 aerated jumping arenas with exercises changed weekly, over 30 acres of flat well-kept previous polo field for riding, manicured back hill for conditioning work, and a 
viewing pavilion with seating for guests to watch riding.
